Lorenza Porciello joins Unibio’s board of directors

Unibio Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Lorenza Porciello as new member of the board of directors. Mrs. Porciello is an experienced business leader, board professional, and commercial lawyer and has more than sixteen years of international experience, the last seven of which have been overseas and in senior management roles.

Mrs. Porciello worked in private practice for years and for more than a decade she has worked for Maersk Oil in different positions, where she has led and successfully delivered on large transformation projects, including one of the largest transition projects completed in the oil and gas industry.

In 2018 she started her own consultancy practice providing executives with highly experienced, practical and tailored business-oriented advice. Mrs. Porciello holds a Master’s Degree in International Comparative Law from Rome University, and she is a certified mediator.
